Adrian Peterson leads the Vikings to a much need victory over the struggling Vipers, 33-26. Adrian Peterson rushed for 98 yards on 28 carries and 3 rushing touchdowns. The Vikings have now won their last 2 games to improve to 5-7-1.
Rocco Lattimore gets his payback, in week 5 Rocco Lattimore was traded to the Vikings along with RG Albert Grant for a 2nd round pick and Ray Edwards. Once in Minnesota Rocco Lattimore took over the starting job from Tarvaris Jackson. Rocco Lattimore was what the Minnesota Vikings needed, a quarterback who manages the game and can make plays when they are needed. Rocco Lattimore did just that today, he completed 12 of his 20 passes for 160 yards and an important touchdown right before halftime to give the Vikings the led.
The Viper just made mistakes when they couldnt afford to have them. Both of Jay Randolphs interceptions came in the 4th quarter. The 2 interceptions lead to 11 Minnesota points, witch sealed the deal for them.
The Vipers fall to 3-10 on the season and will take on San Diego Chargers who are in the hunt for a Playoff berth.

from what i see in last weeks draft targets, the MLB Ryan McNamara seems to be the best pick. defensively with the runs teams get on you, your MLB is key. if a player like Ryan can break down and make the tackle than i say grab him!
Patrick Hunter - SS - 23 Years Old - 6'1 - 202 - Tennessee
Pros - Has a good closing burst and plays with excellent quickness and agility. (93 Acceleration, 90 Agility, 85 injury) Cons - Didnt find any downside in the scouting report. (He is ranked #1 overall and has the best potential) Runs a 4.38 40.
Joe Martin - LOLB - 22 Years Old - 6'2 - 237 - Florida
Pros - Has the strength to hold his ground against blockers. (89 Strength) Has solid all-around athletic ability. (89 Agility) Cons - Has NFL talent but must stay healthy. (74 Injury)
Otis Johnson - LE - 24 Years Old - 6'4 - 275 - Florida
Pros - Is a powerful and solid pass rusher. (79 Strength, 80 Agility) Cons - Lacks top-end speed to threaten the corner as a speed rusher, more fit for DT. (59 Speed)
Obviously Patrick Hunter is the best option, but odds of obtaining him during the draft is slim to none. That LOLB Joe Martin seems a pretty solid pick. Injury rating isnt too bad. Otis Johnson on the other hand, doesnt seem worth even scouting. with that speed he will have trouble getting around the TE or tackle, and making the stop behind the line(which you need).

play-offs look unlikely this year...
I might be able to obtain Patrick Hunter because im tied for 2nd last as of right now and the fact that i have 2 2nd round picks witch means i can trade up, but most likely wont because i have to many holes to fill. Otis Johnson had good potential before i scouted him and after scouting him his potential went down a lot. Right now im scouting CB's so one of them might stand out.

Right now its between Patrick Hunter, Joe Martin, Bobby Taylor, Josh Morris and Ryan McNamara

The San Diego Chargers get handed a loss by Bristol Bay and get knocked out of first place in AFC West.
San Diego came out strong scoring on 3 of their first 4 drives, putting up 17 points. Billy Volek hit Vincent Jackson for 13 yard touchdown on their first drive and followed that up with a 55 yards touchdown run by LaDainain Tomlinson. San Diego ended the half with a 29 yard field goal by Nate Kaeding to give them a 17-7 edge at half time.
The 2nd half was all Vipers tho, San Diego couldnt get anything going putting up a goose egg. The Vipers took advantage putting up 17 points to win 24-17.
The Vipers scored their first touchdown on their first drive in the second half by the way of a 41 yard touchdown pass to Travontae Edwards, which was his 2nd of the game. Later in the 3rd quarter Bill Larsen ran in a 1 yard touchdown to give them a 21-17 lead going into the 4th quarter. Then The Vipers added a field goal to give them a 7 point lead.
Bill Volek made The Chargers only mistake in the 4th quarter with just over 4 minutes left. When he threw an interception and The Vipers ran out the rest of the game giving them the win and improving their record to 4-10. San Diego falls one game back of Denver who beat The Oakland Raiders.
NFL Scoreboard - Bristol Bay Vipers (3-10) at San Diego Chargers (7-6)
nice win there. I love the comeback against a top team, shows they have talent and just need to learn to use it. Travontae Edwards really had a good game.
