Not Again... - My Final Madden 10 Franchise

The Simple Fact Is -
I have grown tired of constantly restarting franchises only to watch them crumble away into forum obscurity.

I don't foresee myself buying Madden 11 and I am really falling out of sports gaming the more I read about lackluster improvements to Franchise Modes in general.

So, here is my final Madden 10 Franchise (I Promise)

Difficulty - All Madden Custom Sliders
Qtr Length - 15 Min (w/acc. clock)
Play Calling - Ask Madden (Select 'A' EVERY TIME)

I really hope I can keep this going. Since I am a teacher and summer vacation is right around the corner, I will have nothing but time.

As far as updates go, I will focus on my team and division. If there is any crazy sort of 'news' elsewhere in the league I will let you know.

2009 Pre-Season Finishes (and still no one cares)

San Francisco finished the pre-season (simmed) 2-1-1.

The Cardinals finished 3-1 and the Seahawks and Rams continued to show why they are terrible as they both finished 1-3.

There were no injuries for the 49ers Depth Chart, however, they are looking to make a few roster changes in order to even up their depth.

Niners Open Season With Big Division Win

It wasn't pretty at the end, but the 49ers held tough to beat the Cardinals.

The story of the day was the back-to-back Returns for TDs as Brian Witherspoon, the newest member of the 49ers took a punt back 76 yards for a TD only to be one-upped by the Cardinals' Stephens-Howling and his 100 yard kick return.

It was a good game overall for the 49ers, who many believe are on the cusp of becoming a true contender. After a big win in Arizona it looks as though that could be a good possibility.
