******** type="text/javascript" src="http://view.picapp.com//JavaScripts/OTIjs.js">Just like in week 1 against Marshall, Ohio State absolutely had there way with the Ohio Bobcats. As expected, Buckeyes QB Terrelle Pryor returned after being pulled last week against Miami because of back spasms.
Ohio State's dominance was evident quick. At half, the Buckeyes led 35-7, but would pull up in the second half and elect to give there 2nd stringers, and at some positions, younger 3rd stringers a whole half of game time.
Going into the game, the biggest question was if Terrelle Pryor would or would not play. "I've knew I'd be ready since the middle of the week to be honest. Back spasms can be painful at times as some of us know, but at the end of the day, it's nothing that would cause me to not disappoint my team mates and not play." Pryor only through the ball 11 times before he was given some rest with the rest of the starting squad at half time, but he did manage to throw 3 touchdown's in those 3 attempts.
Many people were surprised to see the 2nd stringers in so early on Saturday.
"We were confident that out guys could get it done no matter who was on the field. At the half, our coaching staff and I discussed the possibility of given the backups one whole half of playing time. We came to a joint-conclusion that those guys have worked just as hard as the starters have, and probably deserved the time on the field." Jim Tressel stated.
Next week the Buckeyes will play there final pre-conference game against the Eastern Michigan Eagles. The Eagles are currently 0-3, and will appreciate the TV time they receive from Buckeyes next week.

Even though I live in Ohio, hate the buckeyes and happen to be a Canes fan I can't help but enjoy this.
Looking good so far keep up the good work!
Edit: Nice win over Ohio, posted at the same time I guess.
How are you getting those box score and top25 to work? I keep getting it to lose the border for some reason.
Just recently put on the site....

During a final pre-conference play blowout win over Eastern Michigan, Ohio State QB sprained his elbow, and will miss 2-3 weeks the doctors say.
"It's really disappointing. I want to help my team in any way possible, but sitting on the sidelines waiting to heal doesn't help anyone." Pryor told reporters.
Pryor was also asked if he regrets his decision to lower his shoulder on the one yard line to score a TD, the play that sprained his elbow.
"You know, no. Not a single bit. Say what you want. Sure it would have been 1st and goal on the one if i would have stepped out of bounds, but thats not what I'm about. In that sitution I wouldn't want any of my team mates stepping out of bounds, and fortunetly I know that any one of my team mates would have done the same thing... It would be hypocritical of me to step out at the one. That's not what The Ohio State University is about. My team mates support my decision, my coaches support my decision, the fans support my decision, and even with an elbow that I can't bend what so ever, I'll support my decision. We didn't work as hard as we did all off season and all week in practice to have me step out at the one."
Next week Ohio State will open up Big Ten conference play in Champagne to play Illinois.

Illinois once brought the game to a score of 21-14 in the third quarter. Luckily for the Buckeyes, the run game kicked in late, and the Buckeyes took over the game in the 4th quarter.
Buckeyes usual backup QB, Joe Bauserman, had the best game of his career in the Buckeyes win with 259 passing yards. "I felt.. relaxed honestly. I just felt like it was my opportunity and I deserved it." Bauserman said after the game.
Jim Tressel was asked after the game what he thought of his QB's performance also.
"Well we spent a lot of time ion practice setting up a game plan that our coaches felt would compliment him. We figured if we ran the ball well and implemented a strong short passing game, Joe could really thrive due to the extra time in the pocket he might get. He played good."
Terrelle Pryor is also expected to miss next weeks game against Indiana. With one good game under Joe Bauserman's belt, it will be interesting to see if IU will adapt to Bauserman and fluster him.
