Player Spotlight: Allen Bailey
Allen Bailey is the Jacory Harris of the Miami defense, it all starts and ends with what Allen Bailey do. Bailey, the 288 lbs defensive tackle, had seven sacks last season. While Bailey might be considered too small to play DT in the big leagues, he can sure dominate in college. Allen Bailey possesses rare athletic ability and has the skills to be an All American. We initially attempted to use Bailey as a linebacker but we quickly realized he had more potential on the defensive line. Bailey excels at creating pressure on opposing offenses and is someone that offensive coordinators need to game play for. Bailey is probably best suited to play defensive end in a 3-4 defense but will be playing DT this year.

Umm, to be honest, with a new style of offense and maybe the change of defensive schemes, and with Jacory still developing i say 10 wins is our expectations. And I think Jacory is gonna improve the most. He has high potential and hard work ethic. He is getting used to our scheme and he is such a freakish athlete that the sky is the limit for JH12.

I think protecting the QB has been a problem. This could be a real sore spot if coaches do not secure a newly rebuilt front wall. There are plenty of holes, from tight end to tackle. What are the fixes, if any, you will make?

The upcoming early season test @ Ohio State at the always loud/crazy "Horseshoe" on the road on September 11th. How do you feel about this game with them having such a dangerous dual-threat QB in Terrelle Pryor?
