Re: The Coaching Legacy of Aaron Wheeler (NCAA Football 11)

Despite 6-6 Season, UCF are C-USA Champs!

UCF won the C-USA Conference Championship against Tulsa

After a tough loss to Florida State, the UCF Knights were taking on the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes. The Knights came into the game with a record of 6-6 (6-2) while the Golden Hurricanes had a record of 6-6 (5-3). People thoughts this game would be a blowout and that's exactly what it was as neither team would score a point in the First Quarter but UCF would outscore Tulsa 21-0 in the Second Quarter to end the First Half with a 21-0 lead. UCF then outscored Tulsa 21-14 in the Second Half to end the Game with a great 42-14 victory. UCF improved their record to 7-6 (7-2) while Tulsa falls to 6-7 (5-4).

Good choice, very intriguing. Really adds a 'peach fuzz' to you to say the least.

The 7-6 (7-2) UCF Knights will be facing the Ole Miss Rebels 6-6 for the Liberty Bowl. Last year UCF faced off against the Cincinnati Bearcats for the Hawaii Bowl but ended up losing that game.

Nice bounce back winning the C-USA Crown. Good luck versus Ole Miss.

Definitely, after losing to Florida State to be under .500 I didn't think I would end up winning the C-USA Conference Championship. Ole Miss should be a tough opponent but I think we can handle them after playing Miami (FL), Texas A&M, Georgia and Florida State.
