Re: Building of a Dynasty --North Carolina Tarheels
TARHEELS REBOUND AGAINST TERPS
24 - 10
VS
BYRD STADIUM, MARYLAND:
The Terps came into the game with an impressive 3-0 record and looking to move to the top of the ACC Standing. The Carolina defense had other ideals as they held the Terps to 294 total yards on offense. The Tarheels offense had another good outting from the QB position, finding receivers 3 times for scores, with Steven Cheng getting 2.
After punts by both teams, Carolina finds the endzone first on a short 16 yd TD toss to wide out Cheng. Cheng finds the endzone again early in the 2nd qtr with another short pass to go up 14-0. On the Terps next series, they finally got into the endzone on a nice 31 yd run to cut the lead to 14-7. Carolina again drove the field, but a holding call on 3 and 1 stalled the drive, and had to settle for a 41 yd FG.
Neither team could get much going during the 3rd qtr until Maryland had a nice drive, but had to settle for a FG. Carolina had two more drives stall, before getting a late TD to make the final 24-10.

**NOTE**
Just like in todays polls....I have a few questions? How could a then #12 Auburn jump to #2 with a win over then #6 GA. And how can Florida St go to #1...skipping #2 Nebraska. Seems these things happen in real life...and games we play.
Re: Building of a Dynasty --North Carolina Tarheels
Hmm...this is not NCAA. It is a game called Bowl Bound College Football, which I think is the very best for stats and replay value. It has a player editor..but I didn't want to edit 120 teams...so I just used default rosters. And If do decide to start over...the rosters will change, so good for replay.
As far as NCAA...you could download any of the rosters, thats what I did when I played NCAA, but with the depth chart issues, I gave up on anything dynasty. NCAA is a very good game to play...but as far as Dynasty...I think in 3-5 years anyone can win the National Title. With this...it will be very hard and realist. I do enjoy following other members who use NCAA, and I hope they enjoy this one...a different look.

CAROLINAS STONG DEFENSE UPENDS DEVILS
23 - 10
VS
WALLACE WADE STADIUM:
The Tarheels defense completly shut down the Blue Devils run game today holding them to -2 yards rushing on the day. However, that did not suggest that Duke would fold up and call it a game. As the Tarheels opened the scoring late in the 1st qtr with a long 89 yd dive capped by a short 3 yard pass to wide out Brian Crowley to give the Heels a 7-0 lead. The next series for the Tarheels ended in a long 48 yd fieldgoal by Ryan Sargent to give a 10-0 lead. Duke came right back with a very nice drive with help of a defensive pass interferance call. Duke scores on a one handed catch by Dustin Hunter to cut the lead to 10-7. Carolina responds with another FG of 28 yds to push the lead up to 13-7. Duke hits a long long FG of 48 yds as time runs out in the 1st half to make it 13-10.
The 2nd half was all Carolinas defense as the Blue Devils did not cross mid field the rest of the game. Carolina added another TD in the 3rd to make it 20-10. And just to let Duke know...this is not basketball, added another FG very late in the 4th to make it 23-10.
I was very impressed the way we stopped the run today. Also, enjoyed the way that WR S. Cheng came in and played with the start for West. He caught some big passes today to help keep drives alive.
