Re: Building of a Dynasty --North Carolina Tarheels

CHAPLE HILL, NC:

The Tarheels have made a few roster changes for their upcoming game against Boston College.

Freshman Stanley Moore will replace Jr Westly Bostic at the running back postion. Bostic is only avg 3.4 YPC this season, with his longest run being being 22 yds, and has yet to find the endzone in his 4 starts at RB.
Moore from Red Bank Catholic HS, (Red Bank NJ), is hoped to add some punch to the Tarheels running game. Moore is avg 3.98 YPC so far, and looks to increase that avg with more playing time.

The team also announced that Frehman Mark Glass (Southern Vance HS, Henderson, NC) is getting the starting job at the Strong Safety position over FR Andrew Davis. Glass has little better coverage skill, as well as more speed to help cut down the big plays the Tarheels are giving up.

Also, the team is pleased to announce that Center Joseph Green is cleared to play, as well as WR Martin West. Middle Linebacker Marshall Neil will miss another week of action.

Is this team hard to rebuild in the game? I don't have the correct roster.

Don't know if you have Bowl Bound College Football. This is not NCAA10/11. Also, this is one of the great things about the game. If you start over, the Rosters will never be the same.

So...If you have BBCF...I could send the file to you.

CAROLINA HOLDS ON BEATS BC

17 - 9

Photobucket VS Photobucket

CHAPLE HILL, NC:
Carolina holds on with a strong defensive showing in the 2nd half, as the Tarheels nips the Eagles 17-9. Boston College lost both QBs as Miller was sacked 5 times during the game, and was knocked out with a knee injury. Ford his replacement had to leave after once series to a hand injury.

The Tarheels on its second series drove the field and scored on a short TD toss to Martin West to make it 7-0. Boston then had a nice drive going by had to settle for a Armstrong 40 yd FG to cut the lead to 7-3, as time expired in the 1st qt. Carolina then connnected on a long FG by Sargent to push the lead to 10-3. Boston turned the ball over on its next series, and Carolina wasted no time in getting into the endzone again to make it 17-3 at the half.

Boston defense stopped two Carolina drives in the 2nd half but could only manage 2 FGs as both defenses held.

I was inpressed by the play of Freshman RB S. Moore who had over 100 yds in his first start of the year. He also had the longest run of the season of 40 yds. Also Freshman M. Glass had a good day in the Safety postion, getting in on 8 tackles, and causing a fumble to stop a drive.
