WSU MOVES TO #18 IN TOP-25
With the win over #4 Oregon, the Washington State Cougars climbed to #18 in the latest Top-25 Coaches Poll.
COACH DODGE IMPROVES TO 11-10 VS TOP-25
Going into the season, Coach Dodge was 8-10 against Top-25 opponents and 0-3 vs Oregon, but now with the win over BSU,BYU and Oregon to start the year, Coach Dodge has over a .500 record among the nations best.
COACH DODGE LANDS 4 EARLY COMMITTMENTS!!
Over the past 3 years Coach Dodge has quitely brought in players that have transformed WSU from one of the worst teams in the nation, to one Ranked in the Top-25, behind some bigtime transfers, 1 4* DE and a bunch of 3* mid level talent. However after back to back Bowl wins, Coach Dodge not only has gained the interest of some of the best players in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii, but is starting to catch the attention of recruits in California and around the nation.
4* #12 (ATH) B. Wade-Hanford CA
"At 5'11 192 lbs, Wade plays both RB and CB in high school"
Coach Dodge is uncommitted on where Wade will play next year when he gets to Pullman
4* #35 (WR) W. Wall-Richland WA
"At 6'0 174 lbs, Wall is a Speed WR (A- in Speed)
Coach Dodge-I think Wall will be a great compliment to T. McCoy (6'4) and R. Mack (6'6). He has the potential to start as the #2 WR Day 1
3* #25 (OLB) L. Henderson-Fulton CA
"At 6'0 213 lbs, Henderson plays the run very very well.
Coach Dodge-Right now the plan is to probably Redshirt Henderson to give him a year to add some bulk to his frame
3* #37 (TE) R. Richardson-Encinilias CA
"At 6'7 260 lbs, Richardson looks like a Offensive Lineman"
Coach Dodge-Richardson offers us a great combo of size and run blocking skills, but we are also very impressed with his catching skills as well. (C Speed, B- ACC, C Catch,)
