Ball State's Todd, scores from 2 yards out
Vincent Rivers one a 4 yard rushing TD
Liverpool over commits and is beat for 28 yards, Steele to Dougherty
Slot receiver, Chris Moyer, calls for the TD pass from Sanchez
Ball State Higgins break to the outside for a 25 yard gain
This was one of the toughest games this season. The Reds had to go away from their offensive game plan and put the ball in the air a little more than Coach would have liked. Liverpool was not able to get much of anything going for a run attack. We were only able to get to the Ball State QB two times for sacks in this game, which is a low. However, our DBs were able to make three timely interceptions to stall out State scoring drives. Back up OLB, filling for Brennan Faulk, came up big with two interceptions.
Our next game will be a piece of cake. Keep the ball on the ground and run out the time, will be the game plan.

Lee Sanchez is the 'Man under Center', for the Liverpool American Football Club 'Reds', for 2010. Lee is a product of his system. Reds Coach Maxcy rarely asks him to shoulder all of the responsibility of the offense game plan and his numbers show this. With a run first mentality, Liverpool sets up the pass, by pounding the run. Here are a few of the specifics on Lee Sanchez and his numbers through nine games:
Liverpool, IN
Commitments are starting to come in bunches for the Liverpool AFC 'Reds'. Week 9 & 10 saw five total prospect commit to playing their college football for Liverpool in 2011. The Reds added depth at the TE, Tackle and FS positions. The Blocking TE's and Run Blocking Tackle will help to further the style system coached at Liverpool. The addition of another Free Safety adds a third player to the team at this position for additional depth. Liverpool now have commitments from eleven players so far this season. Here are the specifics for those five players:

This string HB Steve Neal scores a 25 yard TD against WMU
Jason Hadley is back in action and back in the endzone after an injury layoff
SS Robert Gray intercepts WMU's D. Lowe
The Reds defense gets heavy pressure on the Mustang QB
WMU's QB is picked off for a second time, this time by Reds CB, Drew Haynes
****Some Game Notes****
1. Lee Sanchez suffered the curse of the Liverpool AFC 'Featured Player' article and was knocked out for the game early.
2. Starting HB Jason Hadley was back in action for this game and performed well. Had we not had him in this game, I don't think that it would have been as close.
3. Coach Troy had the Reds offense on about the three to end the game, with no time outs left and did not have enough time to spike the ball to go for th FG. This lose is not for lack of effort on the part of the players. This lose goes on the shoulders of the coaching staff, end of story.
4. This was a tough lose to take and I kind of fear for the revenge for the lose that the 2-8 Buffalo team will likely endure.
