Not a problem. I gathered you wanted an offensive-type position if you weren't an HC right off the bat by your bio. But yeah, I'll get that in there.

Re: CAPs/Coaches for Climbing the Ranks and all the other stuff

Name: Jay Randolph
Coaching Position: HC
School: LSU
Bio: Was a walk-on QB at LSU in the late 90's, and a great student of the game. Became a Graduate Assistant with the Tigers after his Senior season, then accepted a position as the QB coach at D-II Abeline Christian. After a year, he was promoted to Offensive Coordinator, where his team set school records for rushing yards, touchdowns, and points per game. Was later hired as the OC at Appalachian St, where his teams won 3 straight FCS titles. He was hired before 2009 as the OC at Arkansas under Bobby Petrino.

Offense/Defensive Scheme: Arkansas/4-3

Re: CAPs/Coaches for Climbing the Ranks and all the other stuff

Name: Matt Clark
Coaching Position: HC
School: Pitt is preference, but will take any position that is available.
Bio: Clark played his college football at Pitt and when he graduated, he was not selected in the Draft. This was ok, as he was able to get a job at a local school as a Math Teacher. He also ended up being the high school's head coach of their football team.

Clark led the team to 2 section championships, 1 W.P.I.A.L championship and 1 State Runner Up during his 10 years there. It was around this time that Duquesne University had a position open up for the Offensive Coordinator. He was selected to be their OC and he gladly took it.

After 5 years with the team, he knew he wanted to be a Head Coach and has been keeping his resume handy, as he has helped Duquesne to 3 National Championship games, winning 1 of them.

Offense Scheme: Run 55%/Pass 45%, mostly balanced O.
Defensive Scheme: 3-4 defense, much like what his hometown Steelers run.
