WISCONSIN DOES IT AGAIN; TWO TOP 5 TEAMS FALL




Wisconsin for the second straight week has knocked off the #2 ranked team in the country. Wisconsin dominated #2 Iowa from the second quarter on; outscoring Iowa 34 to 10 in 3 quarters. Miami also beat #3 North Carolina in a close game, 15 to 13. With both Iowa and North Carolina losing, Boise State has moved back up to the #3 spot.

I am loving Wisconsin right now.

Can't believe that UNC moved ahead of the Broncos. I am still thinking that by seasons end you will be in the #2 spot.

Great Season so far, not crazy how u got jumped twice in the polls, hopefully you will make the BCS Champ Gm. I tried a Hawaii Dynasty and the Closest i got was a 5 ranking and when 2 of the 4 fell then i till made 3 and left out of the BCS Picture.

Wisconsin is my favorite team right now in this dynasty. lol.

Yeah, I wasn't too crazy about being jumped by both Iowa and UNC, and then when both those two teams lose, Washington jumps Boise State. Hopefully I do end up in that #2 spot if I run the table. I still have Fresno State and Nevada to play, and Fresno State has been winning and climbing the polls. If I do make it to that number 2 spot, I will probably end up playing Bama in the NC game, and that will be one tough game for sure.

Yeah, it's a heart breaker sometimes playing as these Non-AQ schools and more than 1 team from a BCS conference goes undefeated.

BOISE STATE STOMPS LA TECH 55 TO 14

The Boise State Broncos blow out yet another WAC opponent, this time handing a 55 to 14 stomping to Louisiana Tech. Kellen Moore almost had a near perfect game after throwing an early interception, going for 23/30 with 4 touchdowns and almost 400 yards. Kellen Moore wasn't the only one lighting up the score board though, as both Doug Martin and Jeremy Avery had stellar performances on the ground rushing for over 200 yards combined. Boise State plays host to rivals Hawaii next week.

POST-GAME COMMENTS:

Kellen Moore: "You know, I was feeling the pressure early of not throwing an interception the entire game, and thats why I ended up throwing one. Once I settled down though, I completed almost every pass from that point on, and our offense was just clicking."

When asked about being jumped in the latest polls, Coach Pete had this to say...

Coach Pete: "We aren't worried about that stuff, all that matters is what we can control. Going undefeated is a difficult task no matter what conference you play in, so for these kids to be undefeated right now is great. The BCS stuff will work itself out."

With Washington's 27 to 22 win over #9 Stanford, Washington has jumped Alabama taking over the number one spot in both the BCS and Coaches polls. West Virginia jumps Boise State from #5, taking over the #3 spot, leaving Boise State at #4.
