The Bears De-horn The longhorns!

Baylor stuns rival Texas (22-17). This is the second time in two weeks that an unranked team has knocked off a TOP 25 team. This week its Baylor time to shine, as they beaten in-state rival Texas Longhorn in a long battle that didn't see any turnovers. We at ESPN congratulate the Baylor Bears for their accomplishment on the field!

Baylor now ranks at number #24 in the AP polls
Texas drops from #3 to #10 in poll rankings

(0-3,0-1)___Vs.___(3-1,1-1) #20

Baton Rouge, LA (Sept 25,2010) - You can basically say that the Tennessee Volunteers season is done. Under head coach Dooley they have lost 3 straight back to back games. Their will be alot of question that will need answer at the end of the season. Can they get on track before the season is over?

LSU' Fighting Tigers are having a great season with their only loss coming from Clemson in OT. The Tigers look to defend their home turf against a poorly coached Tennessee Volunteers. LSU see this game as more of a warm-up for next week when they face off against Florida Gators.

Can Tennessee go to death valley and pull our their first win of the season or will they fall to another TOP 25 team? Find out this Sat in Louisiana, as kick off won't start till 8:00pm!

LSU - Left Tackles #76 Joe Barksdale - Bruised Shoulder QSTBLE

Games of the week

#5 @ #1

#8 @ #15

#14 @ #23

Matt Simms Gets the Nod!

Knoxville Tenn. - Days before the big match up against LSU. The Volunteers were at practice and it wasn't the freshman takes the first reps...?? It seems that Junior (RS) Matt Simms will be taking over the starting QB job. Here is more about the recent change.

Reporter - " So coach what brought about this sudden change at the QB position "

Dooley - " I just felt like we needed that experience heading into Death Valley this weekend. "

Reporter - " So what about True Freshman Tyler Bray? How does he feel about it? "

Dooley - " I talked to Bray yesterday and he was fine with it. I told him that playing at Death Valley is something very serious."

Reporter - " So he ok with being the second string QB? and how long will Simms be the starter?"

Dooley - " Yes, Bray was fine with moving down to second-string. He will still get his reps, as if he was still first string. Simms will be the starter just for this week."

Reporter - " Thank you coach and there you have it ladies and Gentleman Bray will be moved to Second String and Simms will be prompted to the starting position "

True Freshman: Tyler Bray Stats
QB Rating - 128.1
Comp. - 49
Att. - 118
Total Pass. Yd - 1,069
Passing TD - 8
Int - 7
YPG - 356.3
Completion % - 41.5

Re: Life is Orange & White: Tennessee Volunteers

It will be interesting to see how Sims does. I think it may turn around your season. No matter how players are ranked, in my dynasties at least, the younger players may have better measurables, but the guys that are older usually have more experience, and don't get rattled as easy. No idea how it works, but it has in my 5 seasons. Hope you can beat LSU!!!

BTW, I mean posting a FULL re-cap. Instead of posting the drives where no points or no turnovers take place, then leave those out. Just re-cap game changing plays, turnovers, touchdowns, etc. That adds a little more excitement, and keeps it from becoming mono-tone. Just my suggestion
