Thanks. I chose them because it will be intresting to see how I will replace WR Jarett Dillard, an all-american, and Chase Clement, out 91-Overall QB. Both are Seniors with weak backups, so I'll be heavily recruiting in those crucial positions.

Bailiff Steps Down For Personal Reasons

Houston, TX - After a quick season coached by David Bailiff, he has decided to resign from his head coaching job at Rice, declining a new five-year contract. He says, "It's for personal reasons, and I really don't want to talk about it. I'm sorry for leaving so quickly, and I wish luck to whoever takes over as head coach." Well, that replacement has been decided. Jared Votto, from Brandon, FL, a suburb of Tampa Bay, coached at Brandon High School, leading the BHS Eagles to three state championships in 5 years. He says that he is excited to work with senior All-American WR, Jarett Dillard, and senior star-QB for Rice, Chase Clement. The Owls and "Coach V" take on rival SMU on August 29th, so be there, as they battle it out at Rice Stadium for The Mayor's Cup!
