Miami, FL - End of the year which means seniors graduating, and some Juniors leaving early for the NFL draft. The hurricanes are losing 17 players this year abit more then the last. 8 on offense and 9 on defense talk about a tough lose on both sides of the ball. These players will be missed but they know the "U" always welcomes them back with open arms! The 2012 season was an rocky one for the hurricanes. They won their first two games in the season but then went into a slump dropping three back to back games. Coach Golden made some changes by benching Stephen Morris and inserting Ryan Williams into the line-up. It has paid off in a big way with the hurricanes going on an 8 game win streak.
