Conference Draft-Who can win the most National Titles?

So I had an interesting idea while sitting on the beach today and I thought with reading about the roster glitch it is going to take some time until it's fixed so I wanted something else to keep me busy before I started my "real" South Carolina dynasty with that I came up with this idea...

11 users on this board will post stating that they would like to join in this competition to see who can create the most dominant conference and by the end who has the most national championships by conference.

How it will work....
The first 11 posters who state that they wish to join will each be assigned a number in order of posting. This will be put into a random number generator and that person will pick which conference they would like to be the "Commissioner" of. Number one pick most likely being the SEC and so on. Independents will be used as a free agent type of conference. Next the posters will be put into another random generator that will decide who gets the first pick out of teams. (This can be discussed as whether it will be a snake/fixed draft by the users here)

Rules...
These are subject to change by discussion I will act as the NCAA and do nothing but report and act as head of the league. All members will get a vote on rules/changes that occur.

There will be a random number generator to decide in what order the "Commissioners" will pick the conference that they head.

There will be either a snake/fixed draft to decide what teams will play in which conferences.

Each Commissioner must have at least 9 teams in their conference although they can have up to 16.

Each Commissioner will set the Conference rules such as championship game site, setting rival games and the like.

There will be NO BCS tie-ins.


Random....
I'd like to do a scoring system that takes into account things such as National Champ...by far the most points....Bowl records...Heisman Winner...Top 25 finishes things like that which I'll keep track of and then we can find the winner in the end.

Also I will be doing a Conference page that each Commissioner can edit in any way they wish


I'll be back to clarify all this I'm going back down to the beach however if you would like to participate just post in this thread that you would like to be up for commissioner... Thanks guys hope to have some players for when I get back.

hey thanks guys... yeah I've been at the beach all week so I didn't play with named rosters anyways so I figured might as well try to pass the time with something interesting and different...only 6 spots left and then kinda have to figure out the best way to do the draft just an idea although IDK if you guys wanna do it you would submit all 120 teams and I could just pick the top remaining team in order off that but I think maybe instead it could be a couple day thing if you check up on it and make your selection...Also I'll do my best here to get this way more organized I just wanted to throw it together so I could get some people involved.
