Re: Don't Mess With Tradition - krulmichael's Michigan Wolverines (NCAA12)

Two More Committ To University of Michigan

Ann Arbor, MI - Reports out of Orlando, Florida this morning have confirmed that **** QB Levi Strauss (you read that right) has signed the LOI and will be joining the Maize n' Blue next season. Strauss is an undersized quarterback at 5'8" 198, but has a huge heart and is a competitor. Born in Flint, Michigan but for the past 10 years has resided in the sunshine state. Strauss left a few comments to a local reporter, "Oh it's a big dream come true to go back to my roots. I know Michigan has plenty of young QB's that are capable of starting so I'll have to step up to the challenge and go HAM on the competition!"

Levi Strauss will be majoring in Business.

Also committing out of Michigan is **** DE Craig Weiss. At 6'4", 191 pounds, Weiss brings some speed to Michigan's defensive line with a great pass rush that the Wolverines can always use more of. Weiss wasn't able to reach for comment.

Craig Weiss is undecided on his major.

Week 6 - Game Report

Michigan Wolverines (5-0) (1-0) at Northwestern Wildcats (3-1) (0-1)

First Road Game of Season Leaves Michigan Baffled

QB Dan Persa just bowls over SS Jordan Kovacs and scampers on for a 37 yard touchdown

It Was Over When... - Northwestern took a 28-10 halftime lead with neither side of the ball looking too hot for the Wolverines.

Turning Point - On Northwestern's 4th drive of the game, a gut rush that went untouched as Michigan's defense went for an all out blitz missing as redshirt Sophomore HB Mike Trumpy hit the thing gap and scampered 84 yards into the endzone to give the Wildcats an early 14-7 lead that they would never lose.

Stat Of The Night - Aside from Denard being hurt at halftime, Northwestern's redshirt Senior QB Dan Persa, who destroyed Michigan's defense with his arm and surprisingly his legs going for 153 yards rushing on 15 attempts, making it a 10.2 average!
