As for the name and color scheme I don't know but there are way more teams on the east side of the United States rather than the West so I'll put my input in putting the team maybe somewhere in the West? Maybe Idaho area or Oregon, Washington (I mean the actual state of Washington not Washington, D.C.), Nebraska (more central but yeah).
