Yes I am starting up another CAP dynasty. I told you guys about NBA that I would play until I got sick of it, and I did. I ended up getting bored because it just isn't basketball season anymore, and I just bought the new NCAA Football game so I will be doing another CAP dynasty for that. I will be more involved with this one as I got bored of the other two since they weren't new or anything. I will do two players per major position. First come, First Serve just like last time.

Think of James Harrison, he's a beast on and in the weight room. There are rumors floating around about steroid use but he's never actually failed a drug test.

What type of player are you?: Adrian Hines of Killeen, TX is a balanced running back, he doesn't have world class sprinter speed but if he can get into the open field watch out, don't let his size fool you either he is a load to take down. He greatest asset is his ball carrier vision, he has a knack for finding open spaces to run through. Downfall to his game which will get better as time progresses is his ability to catch out the backfield, does not possess strong hands.

He has the receiving ability of Jimmy Graham with the quickness ability of Aaron Hernandez. They guy is an absolute monster, all you need to do is throw it up and he's going to bring it down. It will be interesting to see who recruits him while he's in Colorado.

What type of player are you?:
Robert Bolig is a tought nose player built to take up space and stop the run. With his big frame, teams are forced to build a strategy around him. Double teams are a must or else your quarterback and running backs will be running for their life. For his size, he is extremely athletic and can get around with his above average speed. He has other worldly strength, which is probably his top attribute and he is a sure tackler. One thing that is definitely against him though is his ability to pass rush. He is pretty much a power-first guy, bull rushing on every play and just using his strength to get by. He also seems to take plays off occasionally, both due to his size and because of the limited amount of plays teams run his way.
