Injury Report |
| | Stephan Taylor 3 Weeks |
Game Notes | This Saturday, the Duke Blue Devils will travel out to Palo Alto, California to face the #20 Stanford Cardinal. These two teams played last year and it was a beatdown as Stanford won at Duke 44-14. If Duke wants to win they will have to shut down Stanford's running game. Luckily for Duke, Stephan Taylor, the Stanford starting running back, is hurt and is out for 3 weeks. This should help Duke and hopefully they will be able to slow down the cardinals passing attack. Duke should be able to run the ball pretty well as Stanford doesn't have the best front 7. Duke may have a tough time throwing the ball and Stanford has one of the better secondaries in the country. Kirk Herbstreit pick Stanford to win. |
