After several dynasties that I had failed to go through with, this one I really want to get going. I have decided to use Penn State (post transfers) and try to rebuild them. I will just discount all of the postseason games on my record for four years.

Bill O'Brien Vows to Restore Penn State's Glory

New head coach Bill O'Brien has promised that he will restore Penn State's football pageantry. Amid NCAA violations for the Sandusky Scandal, Penn State was punished severely. Limited scholarships, no postseason for 4 seasons, and some of the teams top talent moving elswhere. Top players such as Silas Redd, Justin Brown, and Anthony Fera moved on to greener pastures and left their old school behind them. O'Brien stated "I am confident this group of players we have will make an impact in the coming years, and they are prepared to face adversity. No sanctions can stop this group."

I think this could be a fun one... what kind of restrictions are you going to put on them recruiting wise??? Cause in all honestly it wont be hard to replace those transfers that left in 1-2 years with Penn States history

15 recruits a season, only 3-5 4 star prospects, all others 3 or less. Since the sanctions are 10-20 taken away a year, that seems like a good number. Most of the prospects are 3 star on my board anyway.
