Pride of the Bluegrass: Kentucky NCAA 13 Football Reboot

My last dynasty in NCAA 13. This will hopefully go a very long ways or I'll try again in 14. With new rosters, update, and the fact that I had no idea that my progress was perma-screwed for players since my coach was a D+ with carousel off... this dynasty should be a gooder and provides me a good reason for a reboot. Thanks again to everyone who reads along and contributes caps, feedback and suggestions.

Just fine tuning what the coach prestige sliders will be. With carousels off this rating is uber important. Coaches wont go up and down therefore Im considering making everyones prestige in a window as not to have too many have not teams never get better due to progression being tied in. Threads open.

With CC off, progression should be tied to team prestige, coaches prestige should move around at the pre-CC levels (maybe from a D to a D+ in an offseason). I could be wrong though because they did change a few things around for '13.

I checked and with CC off, progression is still based on Coach Prestige. Meaning that when I was using UK last time I was permanent crap progression and same with other teams with coach prestige that was bad.

So I will be adjusting progression NCAA wide to keep it in a range so that things are fair and even

Edit and since cc is off coach prestige ever moves

Honestly I prefer it this way. Now I can make Penn State into a program with very bad progression that will then suffer on field, and I can make Nevada and and San Diego State programs on the rise. Ill make all teams coach prestige between 70 and 100 and by nerfing some coaches and boosting others ill be able to create parity where i want it
