The Coaching Career of Stubby Roe

As a prelude, I haven't done a non-head coach franchise on OS for quite some time, and feedback is more than welcome, if not necessary. I don't want this to become one that I do for a few days, and Community integration helps me with that. A future thanks to all contributors and readers that help me out.

Roster set: OS Community
Slider Set: ILiveForThis or Matt10's haven't decided.

I will be doing 2 contracts or 1 3 year contact as the OC of Mid Tennessee State as a non-playcaller recruit; simming the games until I can get my players. More fun for me this way.

Coaching background:
I usually run as a DC, so an OC is a change of pace for me. I don't have a set playcall philosophy, I go with what works. However, I am a run-first minded guy, and that's what I want to get going. I love Height-Weight numbers, you will see that reflected in my recruiting. My Alma Mater is Purdue (Favorite Team). I will go after 10 guys plus my needs on offense during my tenure as OC for any and all teams, only shying away from this if my team has a large number of defensive needs. Heisman Recruiting difficulty. Also, for now, I have Time Savers ON. I may change this later, but not for now.

I run a Pro-Style offense, utilizing 2 TE sets a lot (I-Form Tight and Ace Big are my favorite formations) and a 3-4 defense. I will either use Stanford's or Sparty's Offensive playbook.

Without further ado, let's begin.

Re: The Coaching Career of Stubby Roe

Well, I received a 3-year contract, and I have some ridiculously easy goals. 7+ passing TDs one season, 5+ rushing TDs one season, 500+ rushing yards each season (I have run-pass set to 60-40), and 10+ ppg each season. I won't be doing much in depth for these three seasons, so they should be finished in a couple of days when I start playing games. I will be doing a pre-season Recruiting update, as well as a mid-season and post-season report (Recruiting included), and a off-season recruiting report for all 3 seasons.

Starting year 4, in depth galore.

Right now we are a surprising 4-2 (2-1) with losses to Georgia Tech and FIU. The passing has been sub par, and the running game had stepped up. We are tied for #2 in conference play right now.
