Whisenhunt Out In Arizona

In a shocking development, the Arizona Cardinals have fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt.

"We've decided to go in a different direction and we wish Ken nothing but the best" d Cardinals GM Rod Graves. Whisenhunt, who has won 8 or more games in 4 of his 5 seasons, gave a no comment has he left the team facility.

The Cardinals are expected to hire Grambling State Offensive Coordinator Tennell Williams to replace Ken Whisenhunt.

Fitz Unhappy With Front Office

Tempe, AZ -- All pro wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is apparently unhappy with the front office with their handling of the Ken Whisenhunt firing.

"Coach didn't deserve to be fired like that, said Fitz. And they turn around and replace him with a D-II OC? They guy isn't even a head coach. I don't know whats their mindset to be honest."

When asked about his star wideout's comment, Coach Williams said that he'll have a one on one with Fitzgerald.
