J. Barrow(#57) jumps in front of a pass intended for M. Scott(#18) and out runs every one for a 36 yard touchdown and a 7-0 LSU lead. This was just the being of a bad day for the Idaho offense.

C. Clement(#88) catches an uncontested 8 yard pass after a wonderful play fake, putting LSU up 14-0 in the first quarter.

C. Clement(#88) catches a check down pass from Z. Mettenberger and finds just enough daylight for his second touchdown, capping off a dominant LSU first quarter 21-0. C. Clement had a career day catching 4 passes for 38 yards and two touchdowns.

D. Bass(#3) times his move perfectly as he jumps in front of a pass intended for C. Clement(#88) and strides into the end zone for a 50 yard touchdown, 21-7 LSU. This was Idaho's only touchdown on another pathetic offensive day.

Z. Mettenberger puts perfect touch on this 13 yard touchdown pass to R. Shepard(#10), increasing LSU's lead 28-7. The Tigers passing game was clicking all down, because of Mettenberger's terrific play.

O. Beckham Jr(#3) celebrates after using his speed to get behind the Idaho defense for a 65 yard strike and a 38-7 lead for LSU. Mettenberger had a career day against Idaho, passing for 255 yards and four touchdowns.

S. Ware(#11) and the second team offense power their way into the end zone from 3 yards out putting LSU's lead to 45-7. The LSU running attack was click all day going off for a team total of 181 yards on 38 attempts and two scores.

A. Blue(#4) finds a gaping hole and scampers into the end zone for another LSU touchdown and the final score of a 52-7 win for the Tigers. Blue had a wonderful day on the ground amassing 100+ yards and a score.

Game Notes
Wyoming comes into Kibby Dome ridding a two game win streak to face off against the 0-3 Idaho Vandals. Two of Idaho's games were against top 25 teams, but that is still no excuse for the lack-luster offensive performance. This is an important game for both teams, Wyoming has a better team on paper but talent wise these two are pretty even.

Wyoming 31 Idaho 28

B. Smith connects with the speedster C. McNeill(#80) for a 46 yard touchdown and the first points of the game. Wyoming 7 Idaho 0.

R. Bass(#5) makes the first man miss and uses his speed to take the hand off 62 yards, putting Idaho in the lead 10-7. Bass finally had his break out game with 155 yards and this touchdown.

R. McNeil(#80) once again beats the under matched Idaho corners for another long touchdown, 51 yards, just before half time. Wyoming leads at the half 17-10.

The only score of the third quarter came on this D. Blackmon to J. Veltung(#1) pass from 7 yards out, tying the game at 17-17. Blackmon showed what he could do when his team isn't completely out matched, throwing for over 250 yards and two touchdowns.

C. McNeill(#80) goes up for the ball at the back of the end zone and brings down his third touchdown and gives the Cowboys back the lead, 24-17. McNeill had a career day gaining 132 yards and catching three touchdowns.

On the next drive D. Blackmon leads his team on a one minute scoring drive and connects with M. Scott(#18) on a 12 yard touchdown, tying the ball game at 24-24 with two minutes left.

With one minute and some change left D. Blackmon leads his team down the field, with a clutch run by R. Bass on fourth down, and well into field goal range. With three seconds left T. Farquhar(#21) hits this ball perfectly down the middle, giving the Vandals their first win of the season 27-24.

The Vandals are coming off there first win of the season and are hoping to ride that into North Carolina to pull off an upset, but they are going to running into a brick wall. North Carolina has the best defense that Idaho has played and the talent level all around is just so much better that Idaho is going to need a miracle to beat the Tarheels.

Late in the first quarter, B. Renner throws a strike to T. Thorpe(#5) for a two yard score and a 7-0 Tarheel lead.

T. Williams(#7) jumps in front of a B. Renner pass and has open field in front of him for a 52 yard score, putting momentum in favor of the Vandals. A T. Farquhar kick later and the game was tied at 7-7.

After a T. Farquhar field goal and halftime. G. Bernard(#26) powers his way into the end zone from 13 yards out, giving North Carolina the lead once again at 14-10.

J. Boyd(#87) catches a perfectly thrown bomb, from B. Renner, and uses his speed to out run everyone for a 91 yard touchdown early in the 4th. 10-21 North Carolina.

After the 91 yard touchdown Idaho fans thought the game might be over, but D. Blackmon lead a wonder touchdown drive. Ending on a short in route that M. Scott(#18) took the distance for a 39 yard touchdown. A failed two point conversion latter this game was closer than Tarheel fans wanted, 16-21.

Once again the over matched Idaho secondary leads another North Carolina receiver get past them. This time it was for a 73 yard E. Highsmith(#88) touchdown, putting the game mostly out of reach for the Vandals, 16-28 North Carolina.

M. LaGrone(# ) gains some YAC after catching a short pass and forces his way into the end zone from 18 yards out and the final points of the game. LaGrone had a great day catching 12 balls for 153 yards and this touchdown.
