Re: Wanye Davis: Road To HOF

Background Information

Name: Wanye Davis
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 218 lbs
Position: Quarterback
Secondary Position: Saftey
#: 15
Hometown: Milford
Homestate: Delaware

Wanye Davis has always been a football fan. In fact, he's been playing football every since he could walk. Pop Warner football was TOO easy for him. He was so good, they kicked him out of the league, so the other players could have a chance to be the star. This gave Wayne the motivation to push him self even harder. When he got to middle school, it was the exact same thing as Pop Warner. Then he got to High School, a whole different ball game. He struggled dearly his freshman and sophomore year. He began to lose scholarship offers. Knowing that he had to produce his junior year, he trained extra hard in the off season. His hard work showed off on the field as he was able to lead Milford to the State Playoffs. Unfortunately, they lost in the first round. Now entering his Senior Year, all eyes will be on Wanye to see if he can get that state championship. It was already a long journey to get to his Senior Year in high school, hopefully the journey's even longer in the future.
