He has no coaching resume nor playing resume; but McCarthy said he has the talent in the needed areas to succeed.

What's CCM?

I feel you probably should have given up a bit more on this trade...I mean, you're probably going to tear it up. Any team that gets a pair of studs for free is likely to, particularly an already strong contender. Why not give them Rodgers and a 1st or something?

CCM is Connected Careers Mode, a mode in Madden 13.

Plus, I have to agree, would of made a lot more sense to just do a QB swap if you wanted RGIII :P

I have tried to do a QB swap both ways with Rodgers and RG3 and it wouldn't work (the CPU always declined it, so I had to throw in something else. I will give A Rod and a couple of other guys to the Redskins to compensate them.

Well, I won 35-21 vs the Bears. RG3 had a 61.? passer rate today with 4 TD and 5 INT. I am unhappy with his performance this past game but I think the trade for him was a good decision.
