VIKINGS NEWS:

Negotiations:

Reports say that Vikings sealed a new contract with RT P.Loadholt 5 years 30.0m which 10.om is guaranteed money.

They are also in contract negotiations with FS J.Sanford, MLB J.Brinkley and LG C.DeGeare.

FS J.Sanford has not seen much of the field, with that he is still a valuable player. Sources say they are close to coming to agreement on a new contract.

MLB J.Brinkley is most likely not going to sign with the Vikings. The 27 year old may be finding himself in street clothes next season.

LG C.DeGeare should come to an new contract agreement here in the next week. Vikings will soon sign DeGeare to multi year contract to solidify the LG position.

Redskins are a very hot team 4-1 record seemingly running the ball without any problems so far. Their defense isn't particularly good, what they do well is forcing turnovers. With Vikings mediocre rush defense,they will have a handful stopping there rushing attack. RGIII will need to be aware of Minnesota pass rushing capabilities. C.Ponder will need to be careful in this game as the Redskins are successful at getting the ball back. Should be a classic game between these two teams as they both push forward in the standings. Projected to win: 31 - 20 Vikings. They will get it done by stopping the rushing, and getting RGIII to make rookie mistakes.

When I did a Vikings CCM, Jasper Brinkley was a solid player. Not elite, but a good player that makes a play when you need one. Resign him!

The negotiations have ended on both parties, looking for youth at the LB position. Maybe they Vikings will regret this move later in the future.

I'm currently using KB's slider with a little tweaks, yes the focus is about speed. Lol tebow even though I'm a Gaotrs fan I'll take that into consideration.

REDSKINS BEATS DOWN VIKINGS 34-17, RGIII torches Vikings secondary for 3 touchdowns....

Landover, MD - This was a beat down on the Vikings. Redskins are one of the best teams in the league this year. They can score quickly with RGIII comanding the offense. RGIII was lights out this game, when he sensed pressure he would either extend the play with his feet or take off. Vikings had no answer this game against him. Minnesota did stop the run though, but redskins would shut down C.Ponder. Forcing many three and outs and forced a interception. Minnesota was projected to win this game because of their defense. No turnovers in this game and just a sack would not help their chances. Redskins would face many 3rd and longs, but would convert their 3rd downs over 50%. J.Todman showed off his skills in this game, he had 283 total yards and 2 touchdowns. Maybe he will start over Gerhart next week.
