Jets Trade Revis, Acquire #1 Pick In Draft



New York -- After shopping him the past few months, the New York Jets have finally traded CB Darrelle Revis. But he wasn't trade to Tampa Bay.

The Bucs were thought to be the front runners to land the shutdown corner, but the Arizona Cardinals offered a deal the Jets couldn't refuse.
The Cardinals gave up the 1st overall pick in this years draft to get Revis so they could pair him up with Patrick Peterson. The Cardinals will also get the Jets 1st round pick (6th overall).

The Jets are now expected to take Heisman winning QB Arnez Boston with the 1st pick. After another down year from the QB position, the Jets are ready to look elsewhere for a answer at quarterback.
