Game Notes
DM92- This is our second match in the division. The Cardinals are a strong team and are led by Larry Fitzgerald who can be considered one of the best WR in the past 10 years. For this match, we will have a bit of a change on the O-Line and D-Line. R Quinn and C Long will be switching sides to see if we can try round up some sacks that way. On the O-Line, Pashos will replace Richardson as starting RT. Richardson has given up 3 sacks in each of the past 3 games, after starting the season with 5 pancakes. This may possibly be the change needed for Bradford to become more efficient.

DM92- Great game by the team, this is the first match where we didn't need to rely on a 4th quarter comeback to win the game. The most impressive area for our team was the 3rd down defense. In all the match, we only allowed them to convert 1 third down. This means that in order to score, they relied upon big plays or they would have to kick it away. I liked the changes I made before this game so I think I will keep them for next weeks match.

DM92- First match in which were actually the favorites so I hope it doesn't effect the concentration in the team. We still need to improve in many areas. Bradford needs to limit his turnovers and play like he did against the Dolphins where he had 2 TD's and 1 Int. Rushing, Steven needs to do much better. I came into this team hoping that, if he wasn't overworked, Jackson wouldn't face a defense focusing on him and so would be able to get more Yards per rush. That hasn't worked out with him having a 4.1 AVG. He currently has the stats of an average RB but we expect much more and hope to get it soon.

DM92- We came into this match knowing people weren't sure about us and we made sure to let them know that we are a great team. We know have twice as many wins as last season and we still have 10 games left. Bradford came through today and had no INT while the defense did the same, limiting the Dolphins to just 6 points. We do still have to look at the RB position because we expect more production to come out of there but for now, good job to the team.

Game Notes
DM92- Match against Aaron Rodgers so obviously it will be hard. I'm looking for Bradford and the Defense to continue their play from the past couple of games and will look to Jackson to step it up. I will rule out no possibilities so obviously the fact that the Trade Deadline is coming up means I need to make some big decisions soon.

DM92- In a battle of the defenses, our team did just enough to win. Both teams struggled moving the ball, both teams had difficulty getting the yards. Honestly, I don't know how it was such a high scoring game but regardless, the defense was the top unit for both sides. Offensively, I was disappointed once again with Jackson and will need to make some decisions soon. As for Bradford, this was his first bad game in the past 3 so I won't look to change the QB position. Anyways, good effort by the team.

Season 1-Week 8 News

Draft Stories

Off The Charts
Weight concerns continue to haunt LSU DT Kristopher Tolbert.

Rams News

Here is the summary of the press conference held earlier today by DM92. These moves show how bold the manager is as well as his fearlessness to get rid of such a loved player.

Quote:
Thank you all for gathering here today. I wish to announce a few important Transfer Deadline moves by the Rams. The following trade has been made.

-From our roster, Starting RB Stevan Jackson, Backup QB K Clemens, and our 3rd round pick will be transfered to the NY Jets. In exchange, we get RT Jason Smith, QB Mark Sanchez, and the Jets 1st round pick for this up coming draft. Smith and Sanchez were included in the deal in order to free up some cap space for the Jets, but our primary goal was the 1st rounder which will most likely be in the top 3.

-Right after this deal, we have sent Jason Smith to the Seattle Seahawks for a 5th round pick.

-The final move was to sign free agent HB, Chris Ivory, to a 1 yr $1.45M deal. Thank you for your time and I hope for your continued support.
So here is the sum up of what the Rams received and gave at the end of the day.

IN
HB Chris Ivory
QB Mark Sanchez
Seahawks 5th round pick
Jets 1st round pick(Most Likely top 5)

OUT
HB Steven Jackson
QB K Clemens
3rd Round Pick

The only important parts out of this deal however, are the trading away of the 3rd rounder with Jackson in exchange for a first, 5th and Ivory. It is speculated that Sanchez will be traded at the end of the season while Clemens will only be a back up QB in NY.

League News

S. Jackson Acquired By Jets
Stevan Jackson will be the talk of the town in St. Louis now that he's been dealt to the Jets by the Rams.

Cutting To The Front Of The Line
Free agent Chris Ivory is headed to St. Louis. The Rams pick up the free agent halfback with a 1-year $1.4M deal.

Game Notes
DM92- After our big dealing during the transfer deadline, this will be a match that is highly looked at. Basically, people will look at how our team changes after losing Jackson and in all honesty, I don't think it will be as big a change as people think. Jackson had been mediocre at best during most of these games so now we have a chance to try out other players at the position to see whether they fit.

DM92- This match was nothing like I expected. It was a battle of QB's and fortunately for us, Bradford was the victor but not without help. We had a lot of big plays in this match and they were basically the reasons we won. Take for example Ivory. He had 1 reception of 40 yards and a second for 61 yards which both ended in TD's. Regardless, we ended up with the W and so far Ivory is doing more than Jackson did.
