Week One - GAME
Bristol Bulldogs vs Kingsport Monarchs

Kingsport Monarchs at Bristol Bulldogs
Jan 1, 1ST2ND3RD4THSCORE
Kingsport Monarchs ()003710
Bristol Bulldogs ()3140017
Kingsport Monarchs
Bristol Bulldogs

16/32, 185yds, 1 TD, 1 INT
19 rushes, 72yds, 1 TD

12 rushes, 100 yds, 8.3 avg, 1 fumble
2 rec, 28 yards (long 19)
2 kick returns, 34 yds (long 18)
4 punt returns, 24 yds (long 12)

3 rec, 25 yds (long 12)
1 kick return, 24 yds

3 rec, 47 yds (long 31)

3 tkl, 1 solo, 1 INT for 53 yds

9 tkls, 5 solo, 1 INT for 7 yds, 1 deflection

Overall, the Bulldogs got the win, but it was thanks to the two defensive members of the Super Six. Van Mayard had some accuracy issues, completing only 50% of his passes, but also used his legs to keep them in the game, scoring a touchdown and mustering up over 70 yards. Robert Bolig was very impressive, averaging 8.3 yards per carry. He will need to keep that going if he doesn't want scouts to overlook him considering the lack of rushes Bristol showed today. Despite that, both senior receivers had underwhelming stats, niether had touchdowns, nor led in any receiving stat. What really won the game for Bristol, was the two senior defensive backs. Captain Mykell Mitchell picked off a pass and went 53 yards with it before being caught, and Kingsport's QB made a mistake and threw to "Noe Man's Land", resulting in a pick. After this week, the Bulldogs travel to Morristown, TN, to face the Marauders.

@MitchDaCr3ator: Yo Noe, too many tackles for a cornerback bruh. We gotta tighten up this secondary. Nice pick tho.
