After reading Scrollbar's great Kentucky Bluegrass dynasty thread I decided to start my own. I hope you enjoy the journey as I work towards being one of the all time greats in coaching.

Make or Break season for Ron English
Coach English enters his 5th year with the Eagles. If English hopes to stay with the team he will probably need a winning season. With a 10-38 record, The Eagles have not had a 7+ win season since 1988 when Jim Harkema was the coach.
Matt Crock hired as Offensive Coordinator
Athletic Director Derrick Gragg announced that 22 year old Ohio native Matt Crock would be the Offensive Coordinator for the 2013-2014 season.
Matt Crock spent last season as a offensive coordinator for Div III school Upper Sandusky. He is bringing with him his version of The Spread Option Attack. Coach Crock is a graduate from Bowling Green. His deal is only a 1 year deal.

Eastern Michigan fans hope this is the season the Eagles return to a bowl game. OC Crock debuted his up tempo spread option attack with much success. If not for two interceptions by QB Benz the team could have went over 30+ points.
The defense did well as well. It gave up alot of yards but did have a bend don't break. It did give up 2 big plays but overall was able to stop drives when needed.
QB Tyler Benz was named Player of the Game. He was 14/20,155 yards,2 TD,2 INT. He also had 25 carries for 149 yards and a rushing TD.
Up next the eagles travel to Penn State to face a very tough team.
