Boyd would be an interesting quarterback! Also, where is McCarron? Wasn't he rated in the 90s in your roster?

2014 Draft Results
Round 1, #3 LT Jake Matthews 86 Overall
Texas A&M
Round 1, #10 G Mason Walters 83 Overall
Texas
Round 1, #22 QB Jordan Lynch 71 Overall
Northern Illinois
Round 1, #29 WR Corey Brown 72 Overall
Ohio State
Round 2, #3 SS Ty Zimmerman 79 Overall
Kansas State
Round 6, #3 WR Brandon Coleman 73 Overall
Rutgers

Otto Harris went offense heavy in his first draft, and that makes sense with how poor the unit was last season. Originally the plan looked like they would take Aaron Murray with the #3, but when Jake Matthews fell to them, they made the smart decision and took the franchise left tackle.

When Murray went off the board at #9, they made another smart move, locking up a franchise guard in Mason Walters. Walters is a big earth mover, just like Matthews. Both excel in a power running offense, which is good for San Diego as they are a power running team.

At #22, they took the ultra mobile Jordan Lynch out of Northern Illinois. This was a bit of a surprise with Kain Colter, a projected top 10 still on the board (Colter went to Tennessee at #19 of the second round), and AJ McCarron who went to Jacksonville at 27.

Although they signed Mike Williams in free agency, they added Ohio State speedster Corey Brown. They would later add Rutgers beast, 6'6 220 pound Brandon Coleman.

With their second round pick, they drafted their only defensive player, taking Strong Safety Ty Zimmerman out of Kansas State. Zimmerman was a late 2nd projection, but will make a great starter along side Kerry Rhodes.

Oh, wow, you got the cheese machine, lol. Are you going to try and run more of a spread attack with Lynch? Those are two big time offensive linemen as well.

Shoring up that terrible OL is going to help the team.

The team looks to be heading in the right direction. You can never tell in a season though.

Yeah, I used to just draft skill and look to trade/free agent line, but you can't do that to build a winner. I can run to the left side for a long, long time.

I'm going to have to. He can't throw the ball, lmao.
