Post Game Conference:
Reporter: "You guys won a key game at home this week, you know sit at 4-3 on the season. Where do you see the team going from here?"
Jon Howard: "I see us going nowhere but up, we have the team, we have the players returning. Next week we get back stud corner Patrick Peterson, things are looking up for us."
Reporter: "What made you play Rashard Mendenhall in the 2nd half today, when you planned on not playing him until he was 100%?"
Jon Howard: "Today I took a risk in playing Mendenhall, we needed the win. I will do anything I can for this city even if it means losing some players. Thankfully, he did not get hurt and ran for 100+ YDs in the 2nd half alone."
Reporter: "Last week you said Case Keenum couldn't play solid in key games, does that statement still stand after this week?"
Jon Howard: "I still stand behind last weeks comments, yes he played a great game, but it was one game. I need to see him do it again next week and the weeks to follow. After my visits to OSU and T A&M this week, I still like either Miller or Manziel."
