PANTHERS PREPARE FOR PRESEASON OPENER - TRAINING CAMP SIGNINGS READY TO BATTLE

CHARLOTTE, NC -- It's that time of year again. NFL teams after a 5 month offseason that included rigorous training camp workouts and OTA's, players are once again preparing to fight for a roster spot in preseason.

The Carolina Panthers brought in 11 players during training camp to add depth and put existing players under pressure to perform and maintain their roster spot. Those players are:

OG - Troy Kropog
DE - Austen Lane
DT - Amobi Okoye
OLB - Julian Stanford
MLB - Brian Banks
CB - Terry Hawthorne (R)

I wanted to do a dynasty with a team that I haven't seen recently on the thread, excluding Super Bowl contenders like Green Bay. It came down to Buffalo and Carolina.

It's why I chose them over Buffalo. I think they have a lot more holes on the roster. I like team-building, and the Panthers allow me to do that even if QB isn't a need.
