Game Notes
Georgia has already clinched the SEC East, but still hold on to National Championship Game hopes--needing a win to keep the dream alive.
Auburn, with just 1 SEC loss, is the surprise team of the season. They will need an LSU loss to either a Manziel-less Texas A&M or a poor Arkansas team AND to win in both vs #5 Georgia AND #1 Alabama to win the West.

TIGERS MAGIC CONTINUES, UPSET #5 DAWGS
Josh Holsey saves a TD and forces Georgia into a FG in OT
AUBURN, Alabama -- The Auburn Tigers remarkable turnaround season continued Saturday with yet another upset win, this time at the hands of the #5 ranked Georgia Bulldogs.
This was a classic contest between SEC heavyweights, with the last man standing being the Auburn Tigers. Auburn would win the coin toss in overtime and defer, holding Georgia to just a FG, as a 3rd down TD pass attempt was swatted away by Sophomore Safety Josh Holsey (see above). Auburn would then take their turn with the football and put it all on Tre Mason, who carried 4 times in OT including the game winning scamper on 3rd & goal.
Georgia, already had clinched the East, is off next weekend, before their annual Thanksgiving weekend matchup with the 8-4 Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
Auburn is off next weekend as well, as they will have a week's time to recover before the hated #1 Alabama Crimson Tide come to town. With Texas A&M going down to LSU today--the Tigers will need to not only defeat Alabama, but also for a very poor Arkansas team to upset the heavily favored LSU Tigers to win the West.

Thanks for the note--glad to know at least ONE person is following, lol (I am still new to this so...)
I am not getting any love in the polls! Still at #23 and 10-1!?!?!
I need LSU to lose to Arky (who are TERRIBLE) AND I have to beat Alabama to win the West, so--looking like NC hopes are SLIM for this year. Got a top 5 recruiting class going though, as I've used all my points so far on the "recruiting tree".

Game Notes
The Iron Bowl hasn't been this big since the 2010 season.
The winner of this game needs an LSU loss at Arkansas to clinch the SEC West and face Georgia in Atlanta next weekend.
Auburn has remained injury free this season, while Alabama will likely be without its top 2 running backs, and will rely on true freshman Derrick Henry.
