In a shocking move the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have fired GM Mark Dominik after Dominik was arrested for betting on Buccaneer games since he took over the general manager job back in 2009. The 42 year old is also expected to be banned for life by the National Football League for his actions. Instead of staying in house to replace Dominik, Owner Malcolm Glazer has went out hired Titans VP of Player Personnel IllWill to become the Buccaneers new GM/VP of Player Personnel.

"IllWill brings rare blend of years of cap knowledge, scouting knowledge, and coaching experience to the table and displayed a pretty impressive knowledge of our roster and our needs to turn things around. He also comes highly recommended," said Brown in a two-paragraph statement released to the media.

IllWill reportedly will have final say on all personnel moves. My sources have told me that GM IllWill wants to do a complete overhaul from the coaching staff, to the players, and down to the staff.

"It was time to make a change," said Malcolm Glazer in his statement.

"This team deserves a winner. We all want to hoist that Lombardi trophy again.

"I really feel like this organization just acquired one of the bright young minds available out there and he will turn this thing around."

IllWill's introductory press conference is scheduled to be held on Monday at 9:30am.
