Preseason Week 3

Steelers Lose 23-20 to Chiefs

Steelers lose their second game of the preseason to the Chiefs, but first team played well coming to a 14-3 lead at the end of the first quarter. Big Ben with a 114.1 QB rating along with 1 TD. Starting RE Cameron Heyward is down for 3 weeks with broken ribs while C Joe Madsen pulled his groin in practice on tuesday. Out for 2 weeks.

Free Agent Signings

The Steelers have announced the Signings of multiple players. The first, who is looking to provide competition to the defensive end positions is C.J. Wilson. He will most likely start this Sunday in place of Heyward. His 1 yr contract is worth $1.65M. Also signed is LG Chilo Rachal for $810K. He will provide more depth to the O-Line. The last signing is Tim Dobbins for the same amount as Rachal. The MLB will provide depth across all Linebacker positions.

Preseason Week 4

Steelers end Pre-season 1-3, Should fans worry?

In a terrible game by the Steelers, the Panthers were unstoppable finishing with a 41-7 win. The game gave fans a bit more to worry about in terms of the new coach. Jarvis Jones out for 4 weeks with Dislocated Elbow.

No eyes to the Draft...Yet

When asked what he was looking for in the NFL draft of next year, Mejia responded with a very unusual answer.
