Giant Contributions (Defense): A Look At Key Giants
A look at some of the best, if slightly unheralded Giants' players so far this year.

LB: Jacquan Williams
Stats: 25 TAK, 2.0 SACK, 6 TFL, 1 INT
The Giants put their faith in the relatively young LB, and he has performed extremely well this season as Jon Beason's counterpart. The breakout performance of Williams has him on pace for more than 70 tackles, 4.0 sacks and two picks.

DE: Jason Pierre-Paul
Stats: 33 TAK, 14.0 SACK, 18 TFL
JPP has returned from a miserable injury-plagued season remarkably. His sack total has him on pace to break former Giants' end Michael Strahan's sack record. Add in 19 tackles beside, with most of his tackles for loss, and no one is questioning Jerry Reese's selection of the raw DE from UCF.

LB: Jon Beason
Stats: 39 TKL, 2.0 SACK, 1 INT, 7 TFL
The backbone of the Giants defense, Beason has had a monster season, on pace for more than 80 tackles. He's been most effective at the point of attack, making 25 tackles against the run. What a perfect use of a seventh round pick.

So I've been working on a couple of banners. Not anywhere as cool or compelling as Tazer19's or LopaKa's banners, so I'm thinking I'll use the banners mostly for league news or standings/stats, because I still want to stick to realism and ESPN/NFL.com/MMQB banners.
