Re: Return of the Raiders: Madden 25 Dynasty
Oakland Raiders Free Agency: Re-Signings: Denarius Moore WR: 4 years, 12.6 million dollars The Raiders locked up Moore at the beginning of the season to a modest contract for a wide receiver. From then on Moore began to produce like a top 5 slot receiver, and as Coach Estrella said, they got a steal. Stefan Wisnieski C: 5 years, 22 million The Oakland got their Pro Bowl lineman locked up to a five year contract. Wisniskie since coming from Penn State has been excllent in pass protection, this year he made the jump to calling the plays for the line and he's done excellnt. Wisnieski returning to this line will do wonders for the chemistry. Rokevious Watkins RG: 2 year, 1.6 million The Raiders' last signing of their free agent class, the 25 year old lineman has shown a lot of promise. He's banking that he'll get a chance to start this year, and his value can only go up. Raiders let walk: Terrelle Pryor QB: With a strong end to the year the Oakland quarterback knew that he had to take his chances in Free Agency. Pryor was asking for upwards of 7 million dollars a year, and the Raiders believe that he doesn't deserve franchise QB level money. Rod StreaterWR: Rod Streater believes that he should get paid number 1 money. With only 800 yards this season the Raiders had other ideas. The Raiders will offer him again in free agency, but are firm in their price. Kevin Burnett ROLB: The Raiders continue to be one of the youngest teams in the league with the walking of Kevin Burnett. Burnett was excellent this year in run support and rushing the passer, but was a liability in the pass. With the way the league is going today that's not good enough. Phil Sims DT: Back up level DT, his production is easily replaceable. Chimdi Chekwa: Wanted to test free agency, believes he can be a solid to or three somewhere. Raiders Free Agent Signings: C.J. Spiller HB: 4 years, 18.8 million Explosive back who has the ability to score a touchdown every time he touches the ball? Injury Prone? To Raiders fans those words bring back memories of Darren McFadden, and CJ Spiller is a lot like him. Spiller is just the back the Raiders wanted in free agency, he won't get as much touches because he'll be sharing with Bishop Sankey so his body won't wear down as quickly, his expectations aren't as high here so if he does work out, he'll be a steal. Aaron Williams SS: 4 years, 12.2 million Williams will be brought in to help man the safety spot with Tyvon Branch. Williams can play both safety positoins, and move into the starting strong safety position when Branch plays LOBO. Miles Austin WR: 3 years, 12.9 million With this signing the probability of Rod Streater coming back are slim to none. With the emergence of Dez Bryant and Terrence Williams Austin was the odd man out. Austin is older now, but he could play number one receiver in a pinch, decent value for the Raiders. Phil Taylor DT: 3 years, 6.15 million The big guy. Taylor is a mountain of a man, and can be use to clog up the run lanes and push the pocket on early downs. The former Baylor Bear didn't play as well as the Browns would have liked him to in the 3-4, so the Raiders want to see what he can do. Brandon Moore RG: 2 years, 2.3 million Savvy old vet who is still good despite his age. Better in pass protection then in run blocking, good mentor for the younger guys and still believes he can play at a high level. Sam Bradford QB: 2 years, 8 million Say whattt. Meet your stop gap quarterback everybody. Bradford who was the number one overall pick didn't get it done in St. Louis. The Raiders only ask of him to be a game manager, so let's hope he can do it. Re: Return of the Raiders: Madden 25 Dynasty
NFL 2015 Draft: First Round Round 1: Atlanta Falcons: LT Landon Stingly San Diego Chargers: QB Daniel Zamora Minnesota Vikings: RE Jamardre Alaska San Diego Chargers: Ofisa Ogbanna DT Houston Texans: Connor Falcon QB New York Jets: Josh Mazanares FS Philadelphia Eagles: Jordan Adantor CB Pittsburgh Steelers: Kristoff Stead LT Washington Redskins: Brayun McNeill HB Cincinnati Bengals: Kyaunn Kenner FS Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Abdulai Bangura TE Green Bay Packers: A.J. McQuillan LE Arizona Cardinals: Jalyn Alaska ROLB St. Louis Rams: Tahj Chilies, RT New York Jets: Montrel McCray DT New England Patriots: Dlans Cousins RG Oakland Raiders: Jamaal Carrol MLB Detroit Lions: Shyquan Bruton TE Tampa Bay Buccaneers: W.T. Cortopassi San Francisco 49ers: Labrece Dunn WR Denver Broncos: Skylar West LG Indianapolis Colts: Giovanni Obregon MLB Atlanta Falcons: Devin Ferguson HB Green Bay Packers: Clay Callaghan C Baltimore Ravens: Josh Parker HB Cleveland Browns: Jawaun Ballard QB San Francisco 49ers: J.C. Nealy DT Seattle Seahawks: Timmy Ralston LE Jacksonville Jaguars: Treyvon Ner LOLB New Orleans Saints: Aundrey Blassingame HB Carolina Panthers: Romel Hartman RE Buffalo Bills: Jim Hollivay TE Surprises: Have the Houston Texans given up on Johnny Football already? They drafted Connor Falcon who is lauded as the next Drew Brees. The Ravens take South Carolina stud Josh Parker though they have Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce, is there a cut or trade coming? The Phillip Rivers era is over with the drafting of Daniel Zamora, though he might sit behind him for a year at the most. Raiders 2015 NFL Draft picks: Jamaal Carrol MLB, Miami Was drawing comparisons to the likes of Patrick Willis and Navarro Bowman, how could you pass that up. The Raiders defense is bound to get better witha a solid middle linebacker. This allows Nick Roach to move to ROLB and Carrol to start right away. Dirone Middlebrook CB, Colorado You can never have too many corners. The Raiders pass defense was in the bottom of the league last year. Middlebrook was a shutdown corner in college but showed some speed concerns at the combine. His athletic ability might keep him from being more than a nickel corner. Jamarian Moultrie ROLB Texas State Classic Tweener. Moultrie was a stud, albiet in the sunbelt conference. But Demarcus Ware was from the the Sunbelt, Osi too. He might move to defensive end. Carus Reaves RE, Washington Was supposed to be a day two pick but fell due to character concerns. Not strong against the run, and good in rushing the passer. Has the tools to develop into a situational pass rusher. Richey Clay LG, Southern Utah Small school guy that pushed people around his conference. Had sloppy technique but his size let him get away that, won't be the same game here, so hopefully he can adapt. Chandler Catanzaro K, Clemson With Janokowski retiring the Raiders needed a kicker. While Catanzaro doesn't have the same leg as the Polish Cannon, he was remarkably accurate in college, and success from the college level translates well for a kicker.
