#Dolphins have hired ex Dolphins defensive end, Jason Taylor, as Vice President of Football Operations with the Miami Dolphins. He will take over the role of "football czar" with the Dolphins.

Dolphins Introduce Jason Taylor as New "Football Czar"

This morning, the Miami Dolphins held a press conference for the newly hired Jason Taylor. Jason, a 15 year pro (13 with the Dolphins), brings much needed experience from a football perspective.

"We believe that Jason can find the right talent and we can find the right price." stated General Manager Jeff Ireland. "He was a tremendous player and should be able to provide quality analysis going forth."

Jason Taylor has won many awards and fought through diversity throughout his life, but can he handle the new position?

"I am extremely excited for this opportunity. My heart is with the Miami Dolphins and I will do all that I can to help turn this franchise back around." Taylor declared. "I feel like a rookie again!"

As far as his plans with the Dolphins..."I have many new and innovating ideas that I think would help propel this franchise. Not to go into too much detail, but we will begin with a decent overhaul of the roster and try to bring in more youth. We will try to build from the trenches and then work our way out." explained Taylor.
