Introduction
Welcome to the Coaching Legacy of Jerome Turner. Recently, I was brought back into playing NCAA 14 after watching a few college spring games. This time I was determined to make it work and after resetting my rosters, sliders, and other details, I started again from scratch. I spent a week or two making sure the rosters and sliders that I st up were efficient, and now I've started a new dynasty that I am sure will last. So be ready for a long, hard, and realistic dynasty. No national championships within 2 years, no jumping from one college to the next, just a real, accurate, and detailed coaching career. As I realize most of you have just skipped this, I will just start the fun. Side Note: Much of the layout and design was heavily inspired by this dynasty

Game Settings
Console: Xbox 360
Offensive Skill: Heisman
Defensive Skill: Heisman
Sliders: Personal Set
Rules
Strict house rules, No swerving with left stick, no four verts, no user switch-picks, everything I can do to keep it realistic, I do.
Recruiting:
-20 Recruits Allowed On Board
-No removing or adding players, even after commitment
-Scholarships= 2X the number of wins from previous season. (Simulates the fact that the better a school does, the more recruits they bring in)
-10 recruits may be 1* better than school prestige. Any recruits that are 2*'s over school prestige count as 2 off of the 10.
Coaching Carousel
As many know, the coach prestige system is far too rapid and screws up the whole carousel thing that EA has got going. So, I've created my own prestige system that levels my coach slower. The system is lined up so that you start off as an F OVR. F= 1* and 2* Schools, D= 3* Schools, C= 4* Schools, B= 5* Schools, and A= 6* Schools. For every 4 years as a coach, you gain a grade. For every 20 wins, you get a point of a grade. EX: Coach is a C-, wins 20th game, goes to a C. Every 10 wins vs rivals, another point of a grade. 5 Wins vs top 25, another point. A bowl win is worth a point, and a BCS bowl is worth two. National Championship is a full grade. On top of this, every time you switch schools, it costs you a whole grade.
So to recap:
You get a point of a grade (C to C+) for;
-Every 20 Wins
-10 Wins vs. Rivals
-5 Wins vs top 25
-Bowl Game win
You get two points of a grade (C- to C+) for:
-Winning a BCS Bowl
-Finishing in the top 25
-Conference Championship
-Coach of the Year Award
Full grade (C to B) for:
-4 years of coaching
-National Championship
-Top 10 Recruiting Class
If you didn't follow that, I'll explain as needed, but I will be keeping track consistently. Anyways enough of that boring stuff, I will post a few placeholders and then reveal the team Coach Turner will be taking over.
