They did! I left a few guys off who had very few catches, I don't like throwing to RBs specifically on screens cause the CPU AI acts ******** and it's usually a massive gain. Should probably incorporate them more though.

Detroit, MI: James Ihedigbo... James freaking Ihedigbo. The man traded to the Washington Redskins for a 2015 4th and 7th Rounder... and now known as the man who crushed the hopes and dreams of Lions fans everywhere. He was dominant, and the Redskins squashed the **** out of Detroit. Megatron was the only CONSISTENT player and he straight up destroyed, but it wasn't enough. Stafford was benched after his pick 6 to Hall, and then Ihedigbo got his 2nd vs BJ Daniels... giving up 57 points at your home place in the playoffs? Unacceptable.

This really changes a lot of things going forward for Detroit, as they'll now have to really think long and hard about Stafford as their QB, as well as the rest of that god-awful secondary.

Give props to the Washington Redskins though, they slipped in at 9-7 and are now going to advance in the playoffs.

Jim Caldwell fired

Well that didn't take very long. Just a few days after being utterly destroyed by the Washington Redskins, the Detroit Lions have announced the firing of Jim Caldwell. Huuuuh? How can they do that? A playoff 11-5 year for a rookie head coach is incredible? Well there is some speculation that Barry Sanders didn't like the Caldwell hiring in the first place, but he couldn't fire somebody who had just been hired, so he figured he'd see what Caldwell could do. To say the least, it sure was impressive in most peoples eyes but I suppose it wasn't in Barry's. Giving up 57 points in the postseason? But he did make the postseason.. it's tough to say.

It'll be interesting to see who the Detroit Lions to go after for their new head coaching position. Will a prime candidate really want to go to someplace where a coach in his first season made the playoffs and got fired? At least it was slightly explainable regarding the Cleveland Browns and Rob Chudzinski. In this case, it's Barry Sanders preference. It'll have to remain to be seen what the Lions want to do exactly with this new situation.

In other news, the team announced that chief scout Clint Kelly would be coming back as well as head trainer Steve Evans to the team.
