TITANS RALLY, BEAT FALCONS 47-44

WEEK 4 CUTS

TE Craig Stevens - With Kris Durham moving to tight end, and doing a very good job, Stevens became expendable.

RG Willie Colon - The Titans only want to keep nine linemen, so Colon was just the final casualty.

SS Craig Steltz - Steltz gave up a few too many big plays for the Titans to keep him.

MLB Zaviar Gooden - Gooden just was not getting it in the new 3-4.

WR Rashard Sherman - Sherman more than likely will be a practice squad player. He had a decent pre-season, but the Titans were just too stacked at the wide receiver position.

LB Geoffrey Lamb - Lamb had a very poor preseason. He'll likely make the practice squad, but he didn't earn a roster spot.

any change to sliders? Cool that your sticking with Locker and your team looks solid as a whole.

I'm going to increase their tackling from 10 to 15-20, their pass coverage from 60 to 75, their INTs from 30 to 15 to compensate for the higher pass coverage rating. No changes on my end. I want this season to be a little harder, especially with my offense being chock full of weapons.

So I know I said I would be streaming all of my games this season. Unfortunately, the internet connection in my house is garbage, so I won't be able to do so. Sorry for any inconvenience guys.

Re: Titaning Up - Tennessee Titans CFM

TITANS RALLY FALLS SHORT AS CHIEFS WIN AFC TITLE GAME REMATCH

CHIEFS 34, TITANS 27

Kansas City, MO - This AFC Championship game rematch seemed to be a very disappointing game up until late in the fourth quarter.

Down 21 with less than eight minutes left, Jake Locker lead the Tennessee Titans to two consecutive touchdown drives, but was injured on the final possession of the game. Louis Gibson couldn't finish the comeback, as the Titans fell just short of a huge comeback, losing 34-27 to the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of the AFC Championship game.

Locker left with a bruised sternum, and would not return. He finished going 29-of-50 for 366 yards and three touchdowns in a game where he basically had to take over due to an abysmal performance from the running game.

Andre Ellington had 48 yards on 14 carries, and also fumbled twice, one of which was returned for a 37 yard touchdown by Derrick Johnson in the second quarter. Bishop Sankey then relieved him for the remainder of the half and the whole third quarter, rushing for 45 yards on 11 carries.

Alex Smith also left the game late with a torn abdominal muscle. He finished going 17-of-27 for 228 yards and one touchdown.
