Dr. Clayton,

Per our discussions earlier in the month, with head coach Gus Bradley, the scouting department, and the front office staff, I have put together a new draft of our overall team personnel schemes moving forward. Along with dictating the types of offensive and defensive game plans we will run during the season, this will also help map out the kind of players we seek to bring into this program. I have sent the attached documents to our scouting department as well, as they begin to look at film of the emerging college talent.

Please let me know if you have any concerns about the attached assessments. I will be sending out the revised preseason roster in the next several days.

70 Player Preseason Roster

Brief Summary:

Included below is the training staff's statistical analysis of how our players rate, based on our overall schemes and desired traits at each position. The grading is done on a 1-99 scale with a 99 being the best possible grade available. As you can see our roster is far from elite among the league but we do have some young players who should develop.

This preseason will give us an opportunity to evaluate our talent and hopefully see one or two leaders emerge on both sides of the ball. There will be position battles at a high number of positions, as we have not even determined a starting quarterback or tailback yet.

Very true. This team is quite possibly one of the lowest rated I have ever tried to build up and the finances are a mess (to put it mildly) which will just make this even more of a challenge. I am very excited. There is some great young talent to build around as well.

Yeah, I debated whether to play out 2014 but I really wanted to play a season with the team and see what needs work, what doesn't etc. I really hate simming anything as well so that factored in. I am looking forward to the regular season! Thanks for following!
