Difficulty: All-Madden with custom sliders.

Idea: Starting back in 2003, the year after their SB loss, I will attempt to rebuild the Raiders back to the glory of the 70's and 80's. I will have every draft class up until 2015 at my disposal. I will play every other game and every playoff game. Will skip the preseason.

Raiders 2003 Preview

After a stellar season that ended in bitter defeat, the Oakland Raiders are looking to the positives in order to contend for their fourth consecutive division title. With a high powered offense, led by quarterback Rich Gannon and wide receiver Jerry Rice, the second best offense in the NFL will look to again light up the scoreboard. Charlie Garner will be the focal point of the rushing attack, but is also deadly catching passes out of the backfield. The offensive line is anchored by some of the best lineman in the league in Lincoln Kennedy and Barrett Robbins.

The defense, although not having as many stars, played very well last year finishing sixth in the NFL in total defense. The Raiders drafted cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha in the first round to help lock down the passing attack with veterans Charles and Rod Woodson. They will need all the help they can get with teams like Green Bay and Minnesota on their schedule.
