Sucks that my alma mater isn't on this list. But hey, I'll take it.

Yeah you're guy came out higher than expected too. I could really use a power back like him at UNF but if he commits to Army he could be a real threat in their option

Try to get 'em. Could be fun to follow me in your dynasty.

It didn't autosave? My game always auto saves as soon as I get back to the dynasty home screen

I'll have to check it out. I think your guy is high on tradition though, which is why he likes Army. We have a D- so our chances are low

Well, about that... haha, I actually turned it off in season one because of all the changes I was doing with the names and numbers, it may be only two-three seconds but I hate that delay. Now its come back to haunt me. I really liked that game because it orchestrated with a lot of storylines I planned on bringing up later on down the line, so hopefully I can get a similar results.

North Florida Loses Homecoming Showing, 23-7

Sept. 20, 2016

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Quarterback Asiantii Woulard both passed and ran in for a touchdown as South Florida defeated North Florida 23-7 in a match dubbed as the “Region War” of Florida Saturday at EverBank Field.

USF (1-2) snapped a two game losing streak, while UNF (0-3) loss their third straight with today’s game being their debut at the helm of their homecoming crowd of 20,000.

For the third straight week, the ground attack was ineffective as UNF racked up just 13 rushing yards after last week’s NCAA season low of 5 against Florida State. The Ospreys would ride the late arm of Poinsette that didn’t turn effective until the quarterback put together a series during the fourth quarter where he went 3-of-3 for 70 yards before taking in an option keeper for UNF’s lone score of the day, his first collegiate touchdown.

Overall, Poinsette would amount for 201 of the team’s 214 yards of total offense, both numbers being season/career highs.

“It’s definitely frustrating,” said UNF head coach Brian Jenkins. “Week by week, since fall, we’ve emphasized the run and it’s still not coming together for us. We remain confident, giving (Bowers) calls, but we’re stopped almost every time. We have to improve.”

Bowers took a beating from the Bulls, leaving the game on two separate occasions with nagging shoulder injuries. This was perceived cautiously to UNF who lost fellow freshman halfback Myles Flanagan just two weeks back in their season debut. On 16 carries, Bowers gave in only 22 yards for an average of 1.3 yard per carry. Caleb Poinsette, who was sacked four times, drastically dropped the total yardage with as he accounted for -15 yards on the day.

“We have to look at each game as learning experience,” said Poinsette. “It’s still early in this season and we’re playing tough teams. We need to get the pieces together and soon I believe the wins will come.”

Despite allowing 460 yards of total offense, the UNF defense continued to show good signs within their pass rush. Senior defensive tackle Elliot Horne led a unit that came away with five sacks as Horne brought down Woulard three times, setting a school record that will likely stand for years to come.

Middle linebacker and defensive captain Jarrett Gaines came away with a stripped forced fumble on Woulard that was, however, recovered by the offense late in the second quarter, leading to a field goal.

When he wasn’t faced against the pesky defense, Asiantii Woulard orchestrated long drives that either ended with a score or a stop on third down. The quarterback threw 22-of-34 for 277 yards with a touchdown and an additional score to go alongside 70 yards on the ground. Receiver Tyre McCants was Woulard’s main beneficiary, hauling in five receptions for 108 receiving yards while halfback Marlon Mack added 86 rushing yards.

“That was a good game played out there,” said UNF head coach Willie Taggart. “Brian's (Jenkins) boys came out and really played well. This is a match I could see being played out on the yearly basis.”

UNF returns to the road for an 8 p.m. kickoff at Louisiana Tech on Saturday, Sept. 27.
