Good luck getting that title, it should be a cakewalk. I realize I really messed up by going with the 2016 rosters opposed to 13'. Cant move to next gen for Madden unless I want random draftees and a lot of simming lol
state title should be almost a given but they don't play the games on paper right?
yeah i decided to go with 2013 rosters, not sure how exactly I'll handle the move to madden. maybe wait for madden 18 ha ha
What I considered was going with the 2013 rosters first, then 14, 15, and 16 and then you just create yourself in Madden. That way you're actually playing with the guys you faced in college
With you using RTG, I think you could create Carter on the roster file then use him as a current player for RTG
Yeah i know that. im talking in terms of having the actual rosters each year and not generated freshman & players who left early for the league IRL. So basically restarting year by year with the ensuing year's roster (using current player RTG)
Don't know if I'm making sense or not, but just something I thought of.
River Ridge - After throwing an early interception Cody Carter cleaned things up and once again led John Curtis to a dominant win, this time over Red Chute in the first round of the state playoffs.
Carter topped 300 yards passing and threw five touchdown passes. He also added 61 yards on the ground and a rushing touchdown in the Patriots 42-0 shellacking of Red Chute.
Red Chute came into the game with a 7-2 record and had gotten there with a strong running game and a usually stout defense. The John Curtis defense shut them down then they had the ball and Carter picked them apart through the air.
Red Chute did manage to hold Alex Howell under 100 yards for the first time this season, the junior runningback finished with 18 carries for 97 yards and was kept out of the endzone.
Thienn Nguyen led John Curtis with 9 receptions for 176 yards and three scores.
John Curtis hosts Baker next week in round two. Baker is 7-2 on the season and topped South Plaquemines by a score of 30-24 last week in round one.

CODY CARTER AND A TEAMMATE CELEBRATE THE WIN
Baker - After arriving at John Curtis to find the field had been vandalized coach J.T. Curtis was given the option of postponing the game until Monday night at a neutral location or playing the game Saturday night at Baker. After talking it over with assistant coaches and the players the game was moved to Baker. There was a lot of speculation on social media that the vandalism was done by Baker players and other students but there was no progress in the investigation so far.
"We have our suspicions." Curtis said. "Ultimately we decided to play the game on their turf and aside from some logistical problems it didn’t really effect the outcome of the game fortunately."
John Curtis brought six busloads of fans to the game and they outnumbered Baker's fanbase at least two to one.
Cody Carter tossed four touchdown passes and ran for another as the Patriots toppled Baker by a score of 42-7.
Geo Sarria and Thienn Nguyen each had over 100 yards receiving and a pair of touchdown receptions in the win.
Alex Howell ran for 126 yards and a score.
Baker's lone score came after a tipped Carter pass was picked off inside the 20 yard line. Aside from that Baker did not get inside the 30 yard line on offense as the John Curtis defense had their way with them.
John Curtis does not yet know their opponent for the next round as the other game had to be moved to Sunday due to weather concerns.
