CATHEDRAL FOOTBALL NEWSFEED CATHEDRAL LANDS THREE PLAYERS ON PRESEASON ALL SUN-BELT TEAM Cathedral placekicker Tanner Burnett was named to the Preseason All-Sun Belt First Team, while running back Casey Leuck and outside linebacker Terrel Jamison were named to the second team, the Sun Belt announced Monday. Burnett was the only kicker in the country last season to finish with a 100% field goal percentage at 9-9, his long being 33 yards. The Newnan, GA native went 38-of-40 on extra points and recorded 18 touchbacks on kickoff. Leuck, a halfback from Dickinson, TX, also led the NCAA in a statistic, average yards per rush, with 7.3 on 58 carries. He rushed for a team-high 428 yards and six touchdowns despite not seeing the field until game eight against Texas State. Jamison topped the list after recording 54 total tackles last season with 10 coming for a loss, along with three sacks.
