Can The Ravens Recover?

BALTIMORE -- Last week's 29-18 win over the Miami Dolphins was the first time Baltimore fans saw Joe Flacco play as he recovered from a shoulder injury for the first 7 games of the season. Flacco went 23/32 for 303 yards and 1 touchdown, not throwing any interceptions.

The Ravens currently sit at 2-6, losing their first 6 of 7 games on the year. They are far from out of the woods, as the rest of the schedule currently has a 25-24 record, 7 of those losses coming from the Cleveland Browns. Besides Cleveland they play the Packers, Texans, Lions, Steelers, Colts and Bengals, all tough opponents.

Hopefully the return of Joe Flacco gives the Ravens some momentum heading into the second half of the season.

With the Rams starting Left Tackle out and the Giants having one of the best pass rushes in the league, this seems like a mismatch. The Rams have also only scored 50% in the red-zone. The Rams won't be able to keep up with the Giants high powered offense and defense. This is one of the best of any for Eli Manning to have his breakout game of the season to show that he's ready to lead this team into a postseason run. Final Prediction: Giants 34 - Rams 21
