Season 3 Game 3 - vs Texas

Ummmmm, this wasn't in the script! Now I scheduled Texas to get a beating and never expected to get close to them. After those 9 interceptions last week I definitely made the decision to tuck and run more (a lot it seems by the stat sheet) if there wasn't anyone open and seemed to pay off with "only" 2 interceptions.

Now, we haven't really busted many long runs so far from running backs, but to go 72 yards on 2 carries with the game on the line in the 4th, by a Freshman, unbelievable. I'll take it, I hate Texas but It wasn't in the plan.

One week we are chumps, the next we are world beaters. No consistency at all, although playing at home we are pretty damn good. On the road, we struggle really badly! C-USA is a good fit for a while, don't think we shall have a championship for a few years but definitely gives us the chance to win 6 games and go bowling each year which Is all I can ask for right now.

So.... I can't get on the PS3 as she is on it so had a look back at recruitment and ways to keep it fresh whilst still limited to keep the squad "poor to average with a couple hidden gems" for a while. Take a look, what do you think to the new rules (bottom right of picture). Still going to limit the 3 stars heavily for a few more seasons....
